Nestled in a spacious plot, a modern dream villa with sea views is being built in the Algarve in Portugal.
15 minutes’ walk from the dreamy town of Loulé and 20 km from Faro airport,
an oasis is being created that invites you to relax and unwind.
Just 7 km away is a brand new golf course which is part of the luxury complex of Ombria.
The most beautiful beaches on the Atlantic coast are only 14 km away.
The route leads past the famous top golf courses in Vale do Lobo.
If the weather doesn’t invite you to sunbathe or play golf,
you can enjoy the outlet shopping center “Mar shopping”, which is only a 10-minute drive away.

The Area
… offers plenty of privacy for a relaxing and restful stay thanks to its size of approx. 34,000 sqm.
It is south-facing on the slope of a hill.
We have placed Villa Alfaiate at the top of the hill, allowing a relaxing, wide view as far as the sea at all times.
The spacious grounds will be home to a private put & chip course, which will enable training for the numerous surrounding golf courses.
An outdoor sauna is just as much a matter of course as a pool and a chill-out area.
We commissioned CORE Architects to plan the villa, and they also released the following graphics for publication

The Villa
… will be equipped with all the comforts of a 5-star hotel.
It will accommodate up to 10 people:
4 bedrooms, all en suite, as well as the possibility of accommodating 2 adults or 2 children in one room.
