15 minutes walk from the dreamy town of Loulé and 20 km from Faro airport,
an oasis will be created that invites you to rest and relax.
Just 7 km away is a brand new golf course which is part of the luxury complex of Ombria.
The most beautiful beaches on the Atlantic coast are only 14 km away.
The way passes the famous top golf courses in Vale do Lobo.
If the weather doesn’t invite you to sunbathe or play golf,
you can enjoy the Outlet Shopping Center in “Mar shopping”, which is only 10 minutes away by car.

The Area
… thanks to its size of approx. 34,000 square meters offers a lot of privacy for a restful and relaxed stay.
It is south facing on the slope of a hill.
We have placed the Villa Alfaiate at the top, which allows a relaxing, wide view to the sea at all times.
A separate put & chip course is to be built on the spacious area, which will enable training for the numerous surrounding golf courses.
An outdoor sauna is just as natural as a pool and a chill-out area.
We commissioned CORE Architects to plan the villa, and they also released the following graphics for publication

The Villa
… will be equipped with all the comfort that is a matter of course for a 5 star hotel.
It will offer space for up to 10 people:
4 bedrooms, all en suite, and the option of accommodating 2 adults or 2 children in one room.
